To create an online account to access your EBT balance, select your state program and then provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth and your EBT Card number in the space provided, in order to create an account. Next, enter a User ID and Password, which will be the user ID and password you will be using to log in and check your EBT Balance every time you visit the website.
