www.connectebt.com is the official Connect EBT benefits website that is used to administer Food Stamps, WIC, and as well as Cash Payments for various state programs listed on this page. Furthermore, you can log in to your EBT Account to check your SNAP, WIC, or cash balance using the simple guide which we have provided in this article.

In order to check your ConnectEBT balance, it is required that you must log in to your ConnectEBT account online with your registered User ID and password, to be able to check the balance on your card. The above state uses the ConnectEBT system to manage the below benefits programs:

  1. Food stamps (SNAP)
  2. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  3. Cash Assistance
  4. Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.

You can log in to check your balance, provided your state is included in the list above. But if you are visiting the website for the first time, you need to create a User ID and password.

To create an online account to access your EBT balance, select your state program and then provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and your EBT Card number in the space provided, in order to create an account. Next, enter a User ID and Password, which will be the user ID and password you will be using to log in and check your EBT Balance every time you visit the website.

  • To check your EBT Balance, visit www.connectebt.com
  • Select your state program from the drop-down menu on the right side of the page.
  • Once you have selected your state program, then on the left side of the page, enter your “User ID” and “Password”.www.connectebt.com
  • Click login to access your account balance.

Forgot Password or User ID?

In case you lost or forgot your User ID, select your state program on the right-hand side of the page,

Then click on “Forgotten User ID” if you forgot your User ID or click on “Reset Password” if you need to reset your password. From there, you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

To recover your User ID, you have to provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and your EBT Card number in order to help you retrieve your User ID information.

To reset your password, you need to provide your Zip Code, Date of Birth, and your EBT Card number and then you will be given the option to enter a new password.

Provided that the User ID and password entered were correct, you will be taken to your ConnectEBT page where you can be able to:

  • Check your EBT Card Balance
  • Review Transaction History
  • Check Recent Transactions
  • Change/Update Personal Information.

How to Create ConnectEBT Online Account

If you are new to a ConnectEBT portal, you need to create ConnectEBT account in order to be able to check the balance on your EBT card. Follow the instruction below to learn how to create your account free.

1. First, go to ConnectEBT website.

2. Select your state program in the “To create a new User ID and Password” section.

3. After choosing your state program, click on “Submit”.

4. Next, provide the following information to create your ConnectEBT account:

  • Zip Code
  • Date of Birth
  • EBT Card Number
  • User ID
  • Enter New Password
  • Confirm New Password

5. Once you enter the above-required information, then click on Submit in order to create your ConnectEBT account and get access to your EBT account.

Can I use my SNAP EBT benefits on Amazon?

Provided that your state has been approved by the USDA as part of the online pilot program, you can use your SNAP EBT benefits on Amazon. As of May 20, 2020, over 28 states have been approved to use their EBT cards to buy groceries online on Amazon and Walmart.
