The Florida Department of Children and Families uses the My Access website for the distribution of SNAP benefits and EBT card management. On this article are the MyAccess Florida Phone Number, so you can contact them for more information regarding to your application or benefits.

The Automated Community Connection to Economic Self Sufficiency (ACCESS) website provides residents of Florida with the ability to determine program eligibility and apply for SNAP benefits online. Also, existing recipients of benefits can as well manage their SNAP/EBT account online.

Furthermore, the Access Florida system also allows customers to connect with their public assistance and SNAP information at any point in time. Benefits are generally available in an EBT account within 30 days from the date an application was filed

Provided you have been approved for SNAP benefits in Florida, you can:

  • Access your card balance
  • Check transaction history
  • View benefit distribution schedule,
  • And carry other activities from your My Access Florida account.

But first, you must first sign up for an account on the My Access website, in order to obtain this information. If you already signed up My Access account, just proceed by giving in your User ID and Password to log into your account.
