How To Report & Replace Lost Kentucky EBT Card

Follow the detailed instruction step by step process to request a new Kentucky EBT card right away.

Step 1. If your card has been lost or stolen, or the magnetic stripe on the back of the card has been damaged rush and report to the EBT help desk by calling 866-352-5878. or visit the Kentucky Division of Family Support to report in the food stamp office. Also, you can as well request a replacement Kentucky Benefit Security Card online.

Step 2. Once you have made your report, the food stamp office will deactivate the card so that the system does not have multiple active cards for the same account.

Step 3. A replacement card will be drawn from the food stamp office inventory. Then, all your information including your pin will now be added to the EBT card’s magnetic stripe. After that, information about the card itself (e.g., card number) and the PIN will now be added to the system’s database and linked to your SNAP account.

Step 4. As soon as the card is set up, your new EBT card will be delivered to you via mail. Once you receive the replacement card, the next thing to do is to call the help desk to activate the card, so you can be able to access your benefits.
