This is the easiest and quickest way to know your current EBT balance. Right after your food purchases, just look on your grocery receipt, your balance will be listed at the bottom of the receipt. Ensure you keep your latest EBT receipt, as it contains the current balance on your Virginia EBT card.

Option 3: Checking Online at connectebt.com.

The last option in checking your Virginia food stamp balance is online by logging into your Connect EBT account. A Connect EBT account will allow you to retrieve your Virginia EBT Card Balance.
