Georgia EBT Card Balance | Steps To Check Your Georgia EBT Card Balance

On this post, I shall be providing you the various ways on how you can check your Georgia EBT Card Balance. The whole process is easy and simple. It only takes a few minutes to access and check the balance on your Georgia Food Stamp or Snap card.

The Georgia EBT Card program is administered by the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS). Provided you are approved for the Georgia SNAP Program, you will be issued an EBT Card. With the EBT card, you will have to redeem those benefits.

Your SNAP benefits will be transferred to your Georgia EBT Card which is loaded with a certain amount of money. To use the card at any grocery store, simply swipe it through a point-of-sale device and enter a personal identification number (PIN) to authorize the transaction.

Food Stamp Benefits are deposited into EBT Card accounts from the 5th to the 23rd of every month in Georgia. This depends on the last two digits of your ID number as seen on the schedule below.

ID Number ends in Benefits are available on
00-09 5th of the month
10-19 7th of the month
20-29 9th of the month
30-39 11th of the month
40-49 13th of the month
50-59 15th of the month
60-69 17th of the month
70-79 19th of the month
80-89 21st of the month
90-99 23rd of the month

Steps To Check Your Georgia EBT Card Balance

You can access or check the balance on your Georgia EBT Card in two easy ways. However, the whole process is easy and simple, provided you follow the two options stated below carefully, you will be able to check the balance on your EBT Card. Just follow the step guide below to access your balance details.

(1). Visit the Georgia EBT Website

This is one of the easiest and fastest ways to check your card balance. Just go to the Xerox EBT Account website here and log in with your user ID and password to view your account information.

(2). Call the Georgia EBT Card Phone Number

This is yet another option to check the remaining balance on your EBT card. All you need do is to call the toll free number which can be seen at the back of your card. The number is 1-888-421-3281. Then you will be required to provide your card information to be able to access your account details. Furthermore, you can as well review the last few transactions posted to your card.

(3). Checking by Phone

Lastly, the cardholder has the option of checking your Card balance over the phone. To use this option, simply call the EBT Customer Service number (1-888-421-3281) on the back of your card. Then, enter your sixteen (16) digit EBT card number and you will hear your current food assistance.

Should in case your card is lost, stolen or damaged, just call EBT Customer Service at 1-888-421-3281.
