How To Check Arkansas EBT Card Balance

The Arkansas EBT Card is just like a prepaid debit card which is issued to those eligible for SNAP/Food Stamps benefits or other Cash Benefit programs. Today, this article will show you the process through which you can check your Arkansas EBT Card Balance.

In case you don’t know, the Arkansas Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is a system used for Administering Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). And as well TEA (cash) benefits to eligible citizens through the use of electronic transactions.

Furthermore, they can view their benefits at participating Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Point of Sale (POS) devices that display the Quest logo by using their Arkansas EBT card.

You only have three options for checking the balance on your Arkansas EBT Card. They include:

  • Checking Your Last Transaction Receipts.

This is the fastest and easiest way to know the balance on your EBT Card. By viewing your transaction receipt, you will find your current EBT Card balance on the bottom. So, it’s important to keep your receipt, as it contains your EBT balance. Should in case you have lost your receipt, you still have other options for checking your Arkansas EBT Card balance.

  • Contacting The Arkansas EBT Card Customer Service

You can know your remaining Arkansas EBT Card Balance via phone. Just contact the Customer Service Help Desk at 1-800-997-9999. By using this option, you can check your balance by calling the Help Desk phone number which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Checking Your Balance Online

In order to check your Arkansas EBT balance online, you need to visit the EBT Edge website. Once you visit the site, select the EBT cardholder login option and then provide your 16-digit card number from your EBT Card and PIN to access your EBT balance.  And also view your transaction history.
